Who is this Real Estate Broker you are considering? It's me. Tina Leigh. I'm a Native Texan, born in Houston, raised in Dallas with a second home on Lake Austin. I was inspired to become a Real Estate Professional as a little girl. It began with rearranging my family home on a regular basis... starting at age 5! I would paint the walls with whatever I could get my hands on, make artistic decor out of things laying around the house and drive my parents bonkers, because they never knew what to expect when they walked in the door. The good news? They were always supportive and allowed me to express myself. Growing up, as I passed houses on the street, I would study them. I was curious of those who resided in them. I would reflect on the land and who may have roamed the property before that home was constructed. I would admire the architecture by soaking up their unique designs hoping someday I would have the chance to go inside and tour them. Well, that dream came true, and I love what I do!

I became a licensed Realtor in May, 1997. I am a Member of the Collin County Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Certified Negotiation Expert, ePRO, Greater Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representatives, Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialists, New Home Construction Realtor Certificate, and Senior Real Estate Specialists.

I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in December, 2005, and opened Tina Leigh Realty on January 1st, 2006.

With over 12 years of experience, I served as a Real Estate Professional with RE/MAX from January, 1998 through December, 2005. I won top awards, to include RE/MAX Citywide's Top Producer, Top Sales and Top Listing Agent for 2000, RE/MAX Citywide's Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for 2001 and 2002, RE/MAX Hi-Net's Top 3 Teams of 2003, RE/MAX Hi-Net's Top Agent 2003, RE/MAX Hi-Net's Top 5 Teams 2004 and a Member of RE/MAX International's 100% Club from 2001 through 2005. Since my doors opened in January, 2006, I have maintained the highest listing, sales and producing real estate professional in my office.

In additional to working as a Real Estate Broker, I also enjoy interior decorating and home staging (definitely from my childhood experiments). If you list with me, you will be entitled to home staging services at the time of listing.

Prior to entering into the true real estate profession, from November, 1996 through January, 1998, I found the heart to assist individuals whose homes were in pre-foreclosure and connected them with investors in order to help them remain in their homes. From 1990 to 1997, I served as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with two of the top Law Firms in Dallas, Texas. These firms practiced law in real estate, corporate litigation, estate planning, medical malpractice, insurance defense, family law, and personal injury. From 1988 through 1990, I managed a Real Estate Time Share Sales Office for the Tybrisa Beach Resort in Tybee Island, Georgia owned by RCI.

I am a Member of the Murphy Chamber of Commerce. I financially support the Murphy Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Foundation and Christian missions around the World. I actively serve with Inspired STEPS and Pathways Family Teen Camp to help at-risk teenagers and their families. I'm a Connection Group Leader for Chase Oaks' Church middle school students.

My greatest achievements of all are my husband and my son. I married my very best friend and teammate for life, James. We have one son, Brandan, who loves sports and is very talented. Brandan plays electric guitar for our church youth band and enjoys pitching for his select baseball team. They are both blessings to me and I cherish every moment I have with them. My personal interests and hobbies include spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling (especially International), scuba diving, water sports, snow sports, exercising, and attending church functions. I also enjoy my career, assisting my clients in finding the home of their dreams.

My most memorable moments in life:

• Marrying my best friend, James, on the beautiful Manuel Antonio Beach of Costa Rica
• Being a mother to my wonderful and talented son, Brandan
• Opening my own company, Tina Leigh Realty, which has been a lifelong dream come true in order to serve the public with integrity and heartfelt care. Seeing the smile on their face when they receive keys to their new home warms my heart
• Traveling around the World with my family to Italy, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Fiji, Greece, Australia, Costa Rica, The Caribbean, Mexico, Canada and around the beautiful United States, including Hawaii.
